Staged from a magnificent, 50-ft.-long Italian marble bar, cocktails at Oceana excite and engage all the senses, aiming to satisfy eyes, nose and palate. With intimate booths, cocktail tables and comfy bar stools, The Bar is an elegant setting, perfect for casual drinks or a celebratory night out.
We offer 30 rotating wines by the glass, eight draught beers and 15 bottled beers, and a world-class selection of spirits. Our deep wine list includes more than 850 selections and a variety of artisanal beers from around the world. Small bites from the menu and Raw Bar are also available throughout the day. Enjoy a refreshing aperitif to cleanse your palate before dinner, unwind with your favorite drink, or allow our mixologists to dazzle you with one of our innovative and delightful concoctions.
Artisanal cocktails at Oceana reflect the pure and natural ethos of our global cuisine, featuring fresh, exotic ingredients in surprising combinations. The signature Oceana cocktail evokes the sea itself through its melange of citrus vodka, cucumber, mint, grapefruit, cream sherry and a salted rim. We mix with freshly squeezed juices and our own house-made infusions, pickled fruits and vegetables, and spiced syrups.
