We’re hosting a week-long celebration of scotch and oysters! Throughout the week, enjoy four exclusive pairings for $36, with $6 benefitting the Billion Oyster Project, an initiative of the New York Harbor Foundation aimed at restoring one billion live oysters to New York Harbor and engaging hundreds of thousands of school children through restoration-based STEM education programs.

We will feature the following scotches and oysters during the event:

Talisker Storm Single Malt Scotch paired with a Fishers Island Oyster (NY)

Lagavulin 8 Year Old Single Malt Scotch paired with a Cape Shore Oyster (NJ)

Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch paired with a Pebble Beach Oyster (WA)

Cragganmore 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch paired with a Neptune’s Choice Oyster (WA)

Wellness in the Schools Annual Gala
This annual favorite, hosted by WITS co-founder Nancy Easton, Executive Chef Bill Telepan, and journalist Jenna Wolfe, will feature tastings from more than 30 of New York City’s top restaurants, chefs, and beverage providers. Attendees will enjoy an evening of live entertainment, including an auction with comedian Lewis Black. Sample some of the City’s finest cuisine while giving back to a great cause!

Billion Oyster Party
The ultimate oyster experience awaits as 50 different oyster farmers and 20 of NYC’s top chefs come together in support of the Billion Oyster Project. Oceana and other BOP restaurant partners will be dishing up delicious bites as the oyster pros face off in a shucking competition. Learn about oyster culture and ecosystem restoration while enjoying live music, an open bar, and all you can eat oysters!
