• Seeking Floor Manager

    Key responsibilities:


    · Maintain and understand proper steps of service of all FOH positions

    · Have basic knowledge and interest in culinary arts, wine, beer, and cocktails,

    · Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment

    · Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner to ensure a pleasant dining experience

    · Organize and complete the administrative set-up and breakdown of service (such as creating floor plans, closing out checks and banks, etc)

    Ideal candidates should possess:


    · Prior restaurant experience

    · Open availability

    · Basic knowledge of P.O.S. systems (such as RPower and Square)

    · Computer literacy (Word, Excel)

    · Open Table experience a plus
